Kitchen Schedules

ABOUT OUR SCHEDULE

Prosciutto
Kitchen bookings will be made on a first-come, first served basis. Please check the schedule of the kitchen you'd like to work in by selecting the appropriate link below. Your booking will be considered confirmed only once we respond via phone to verify necessary information and provide you with facility rental details.

Once you secure time in one of our kitchens, it will be blocked off on our online schedule. If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible so that we can make the kitchen space available to someone else.

Pickling SpicePlease note, because we are using kitchens that are part of Community Centres, all of our scheduling availability is subject to change. In the rare event that a conflicting facility booking is made through the Community Centre after Perth County Kitchens has already scheduled something for that time, we will contact the affected bookee(s) at least two weeks in advance to notify and identify an agreeable alternate solution.
